Complete sites: Managed the web site design and implementation projects and developed web copy for the National Center for Earth-surface Dynamics' Stream Restoration Group; the Minnesota Statewide Conservation and Preservation Plan; and the University of Minnesota's Institute on the Environment.

Business Plans, Proposals, Reports:

Response to RFP: Designed RFP response format and wrote complete response to large RFP for GLS Companies, including cover letter, executive summary, response narrative, and exhibits. [No samples since content was confidential].

Business Plans: Counseled clients in plan design and market research, developed financial sections, and wrote content. Business plan for Canoeing.com advanced to semi-finalist stage in Minnesota Cup challenge. Exerpt.

Annual Report: Annual progress report of the National Center for Earth-surface Dynamics to the National Science Foundation. I was responsible for the entire process, including designing the report information gathering and production process; coordinating contributions from 15 researchers at 5 locations; and writing, editing and layout under a tight deadline.

Research Projects Report: Also for the National Center for Earth-surface Dynamics, this Annual Progress Report covered research activities and results for serveral project teams to an industrial consortium providing funding to the Center.

Financial Services booklets: Researched, did financial analyses, and combined words and numbers to make a compelling case for several advanced estate-planning strategies for John House, Senior Vice-President, Swenson Anderson Associates. Sample.

Investor presentations are by nature confidential, so I can't provide samples here, but I've written slide presentations for startups, an IPO package for a national magazine launch, and an angel-stage investment package for an oil production LLC.

Executive presentations:

I've been doing this most of my career. Executives appreciate my grasp of the big picture, the subtety of my language, the "executive-ness" of my style, and the flow of the presentations.

Created a versitile PowerPoint presentation with several scripts for the Director of the Institute on the Environment to describe the Institute's mission, uniqueness, and local and global importance to non-profit foundation boards, the state Legislature, and civic groups. Created a PowerPoint presentation for GLS Companies executives to present their bid/proposal for a major contract [contents confidential].
