Funding for Growth
When your need for growth outpaces your cash flow, you need outside funding. For outside funding, you need a specific kind of business plan package.
While the specifics in the plan and the kind of language used vary depending on the funding source (see my free report on this topic below), all funding packages need to present:
1. A business model that makes sense.
2. A plan for using the funds that makes sense.
3. Financials that support (1) and (2) and make sense.
4. All of the above in language that is clear and compelling.
