Project Agreement

Following our initial consultation, I will create a Project Agreement detailing the deliverables, schedule, and price for you to approve. Here's a summary:

  • Price: I will either quote a fixed price based on your specific project, or an hourly rate if appropriate.
  • Payment: For new customers and for projects valued over $1,500 an advance deposit of one third is required. The balance will be invoiced at the completion of the project or, for large projects, at intervals agreed to in the Project Agreement.
  • Revisions: I expect to nail it on the first try – but just in case, two rounds of tweaking are on me.
  • Expenses: No nickel-and-diming – all routine expenses are included. For non-routine expenses, I'll get your approval beforehand.
  • Cancellations: In the event the project is cancelled or put on hold at any stage, you agree to pay me for any time I've put in and any approved expenses I've incurred.
